Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using blogsmmpanel.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated as an independent editorial project covering the SMM panel industry: panel reviews, buyer guides, supply-side strategy, and platform news. We do not sell SMM panel services, and we are not a panel operator.

2. Editorial scope and accuracy

All content is published in good faith and reflects our research, hands-on testing and opinions at the time of publication. Platform policies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram and others) change frequently, and pricing, supply chains and panel features evolve constantly.

We do our best to keep articles updated, but we make no guarantee that every detail is accurate at the moment you read it. Always verify critical claims (pricing, policy quotes, payment terms) directly with the source before acting on them.

3. Not professional advice

Content on this Site is informational. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax or business advice. Operating an SMM panel or buying engagement involves regulatory, platform-policy and commercial risk that is specific to your jurisdiction and situation. Consult qualified professionals before making business decisions.

4. Affiliate links and sponsored content

Some outbound links may be affiliate links. When you click and complete a qualifying action on a third-party site, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Sponsored or paid placements, when present, are clearly disclosed in the article itself.

Affiliate relationships never change our editorial conclusions. Reviews are based on hands-on testing or documented sources, regardless of whether a commercial relationship exists with the operator.

5. Intellectual property

All original text, branding and design on the Site is the property of the Site owner or its licensors and is protected by international copyright law. Short quotations for commentary, criticism or reporting are permitted with clear attribution and a link back to the original article. Full reproduction, translation, AI-training ingestion, or republishing in commercial aggregators is not permitted without prior written permission.

Third-party logos, screenshots and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and appear under fair use for editorial purposes.

6. User-submitted content

If commenting is enabled, users may submit comments subject to moderation. By submitting a comment you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, edit for clarity, and remove that comment. We reserve the right to remove comments that are spammy, illegal, defamatory, off-topic or that violate any third party’s rights.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit personal data of third parties, confidential information or unlawful material.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, server or related infrastructure.
  • Run automated tools that overload the Site (scrapers, bots, brute force) without prior consent.
  • Use Site content to train commercial AI models without explicit permission.
  • Resell, republish or systematically reproduce content for commercial purposes.

8. Third-party links

The Site links out to many third-party resources: panel operators, platforms, tools and research sources. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their privacy practices, security or availability. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

This limitation does not apply where it would conflict with mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect and how it is used.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted, with the revision date shown at the bottom. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Contact

For questions about these Terms, business inquiries, takedown requests or corrections, please use the form on the Contact page.
